- Have you not found the item that you are searching for? Try to send us an e-mail, it is possible that we do offer the item and it is only missing from our internet catalogue.

- We will immediately inform you of the price of the ordered goods.
- If you wish to learn more about an item or to receive more photographs etc., please write it in the Note space. We will be pleased to give you all necessary information.
- Our representative will settle with you by e-mail all details of the transaction from payment to transport and will answer your questions.
- Confirm your order by e-mail to our representative
- From this moment the goods are booked for you.
- Our representative will issue and send you an invoice. If you do not keep the due date of the invoice, your reservation lapses.
- Pay
- The only method of payment that we accept for purchase via the Internet is a bank transfer to our account. You can find all payment details on the invoice that we issue for you.
- We will commence the shipping of the goods as soon as the money is credited to our account.
- Wait for the delivery of the parcel.
- In the long term we cooperate with the international dispatch service of Spedia, s. r. o. which attends to packing, dealing with customs formalities and insurance. You can find more information in the Transport. section.
- We aim for the shipping to take the shortest time possible. However, dealing with export licences and customs formalities takes some time so please be patient.
- At any time you can contact us to find out the progress of the dispatch of your order. After handing the bought goods over to the transporter you will receive an identification code from us which will enable you to monitor the state of the parcel on-line on the transporter´s websites. See Transport.
